Next Rep Support

Get help with your account, workout data, app access, or a problem you found while using Next Rep.

What to include

• Your iPhone model and iOS version.
• The Next Rep version and build shown at the bottom of Settings.
• What you expected to happen and the steps that led to the issue.
• The wording of any error message you saw.

Do not email your password, verification codes, session tokens, or complete authentication links.

Account and data requests

Until self-service export and account deletion are available in every client, you can request a portable copy of your stored data or request account deletion by email. Use the subject line Next Rep Data Request and send the request from the email address associated with your account when possible.

Deleting a Next Rep account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Apple subscriptions must be managed separately through Apple.

Compatibility

Next Rep is built for iPhone and requires iOS 18.0 or later.
